We assisted our client ORCA Invest in the purchase of a listed building ensemble in Heilbronn by providing comprehensive transaction advice including market value assessment, technical due diligence (TDD) and an ESG assessment. Through the close networking of our service areas, we were able to offer our client the complete service from a single source and utilise corresponding synergies.
Challenges
Due to the very divergent years of construction - from 1847 to 2010 - we discovered a very heterogeneous building fabric. In addition, the timeline for processing the project was very tight. Thanks to our well-structured TDD process and the close cooperation with the buyer and seller, we were able to deliver our results in a very short time.
