We performed a technical valuation for this international hotel portfolio. The transaction volume of the 14 properties totals approx. € 500 million. Ongoing communication as well as all reports and coordination meetings were conducted in English.
Challenges
From the enquiry to the start of the assignment, only four days passed in which all the preparations had to be made. All the necessary documents had to be compiled and the journey had to be prepared. In just seven days, our team travelled from one hotel complex to another and carried out a total of 14 technical assessments.
Added value
In this project we were able to demonstrate our understanding of technical and commercial transactions in an international context. Despite the short preparation time, the project was completed at short notice thanks to a high degree of flexibility and high-quality, professional handling.
