Our client was planning to sell 20 properties, all located in Germany. We facilitated a risk assessment with our technical due diligence to support him in the sales process.
At the start of the project, it was necessary to carry out the nationwide inspections for all 20 properties within a short time frame. In the process of preparing the transaction, we were also responsible for the interface between other consultants and ensured regular and structured coordination between the parties involved.
In addition to the preparation of the technical due diligence, we also actively supported the data evaluation. The results of our vendor due diligence analyses were summarised in individual reports for each property and in a management summary. We were also able to contribute our know-how and the identified risks as well as proposed solutions in a target-oriented manner in the coordination rounds within the framework of the sales process.
