While general contractor supervision or client representation is a continuous service, completion and handover management begins only in the final phase of construction (the last six months). General contractor supervision or client representation is supported with specific expertise and personnel. Based on the documents and insights available up to that point, the decisive commissioning, acceptance, and handover phase is structured, organised, professionally coordinated, and executed.

Do you replace existing specialist planners or project managers with your service?

No. We work in a complementary and coordinating manner – without intervening in the responsibilities of planners, general contractors, or clients.
