As part of a portfolio valuation for Flex Fonds Invest AG, properties with various types of use were appraised throughout Germany. On the basis of the initial valuation, annual follow-up valuations were carried out in the subsequent years.
In the course of a few weeks, all 121 properties were inspected by our team and the corresponding valuation was subsequently prepared. Simultaneously, the required market analyses were carried out in order to be able to correctly value the respective submarkets.
Our valuation result gave the client an overview of the current market values of the properties. In addition, potential for rent increases as well as risks were highlighted.
