Since 2015, we at albrings + müller ag have accompanied, supervised and implemented numerous real estate projects. We were able to find the right answers to all technical and commercial questions in a wide variety of projects and develop solutions with added value.
Overview of selected projects
Building the new head office is the first part of an extensive campus development with office workplaces for approx. 550 employees. In coordination with SDK, a needs assessment was first carried out and goals, such as a sustainable energy concept, were defined. We then supervised the architectural competition that was put out to tender and carried out extensive client representation during the planning and realisation phases.
Due to the very early selection of the general contractor and the associated capacity and know-how build-up, the ambitious targets, such as tight cost and time management, could be ensured despite the difficult framework conditions caused by the pandemic.
By developing a project-specific execution and contract model, it was possible to achieve a high level of trust with the client on the one hand, and a partnership-based project implementation with the general contractor on the other. This approach created the framework conditions for all parties to pull in the same direction, which led to maximum agility and efficiency.
