As part of the client’s acquisition process, we carried out the Technical Due Diligence for a mixed-use office and commercial property in Hamburg. The property had undergone extensive modernization in 2006 and 2012 and features flexible, contemporary office spaces on the upper floors as well as retail units on the ground floor.

As part of the acquisition process, we carried out a comprehensive analysis and documentation of the property’s technical condition. Based on the findings of the Technical Due Diligence, outstanding technical issues were specifically addressed during the purchase negotiations. Working closely with the client, we developed pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches. In addition, we conducted a scenario analysis as part of an ESG assessment. This analysis outlined concrete measures and a clear roadmap for achieving long-term climate neutrality for the property. Our structured and goal-driven approach made a significant contribution to the successful completion of the transaction.
