In an excellent location in Freiburg's city centre, we accompanied the "Goethestraße" residential project for the Evangelische Stiftung Pflege Schönau as service developer. The project's goal was the realisation of properties with high living quality, at affordable rental prices.
Challenges
In order to implement the construction, the planning law first had to be created, which was complicated by the inner-city location on two traffic axes and complex construction logistics. In addition, the management effort was increased by awarding individual trade contracts.
