Since 2015, we at albrings + müller ag have accompanied, supervised and implemented numerous real estate projects. We were able to find the right answers to all technical and commercial questions in a wide variety of projects and develop solutions with added value.
Overview of selected projects
The seller of the property planned a multi-stage procedure. In the first phase, a TDD light and a purchase price plausibility check were prepared on the basis of selected documents relating to the property. In the further transaction process, an extensive technical due diligence was carried out.
Challenges
The tight timeline and the preparation of the solid initial assessment were particularly challenging, as only limited information was available for this.
Added value
With our initial assessments and the subsequent in-depth analyses, we put our client in a position to offer an appropriate purchase price in view of the existing technical risks and necessary investments. In addition, on this basis, the purchase contract stipulated which technical measures still had to be carried out by the seller before closing.
